The delightful illustrations I used in Toto’s Tale and True Chronicle of Oz are by W.W. Denslow. They come from the original Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum, published in 1900. The book and the illustrations are in the public domain, and I couldn’t resist including some of them in my book.
Toto’s Tale and True Chronicle of Oz is now a real book. I published it through Bookshop Santa Cruz and you can find it there, in the local author’s section and in the children’s section.
