Wow! It’s been a long time since I posted. I was getting ready for a trip, then going on the trip, then recovering from the trip.
I went to the Yucatan, southern Mexico, for a little over a week. I’ve published a few photos on Facebook, so take a look. It’s a beautiful place to visit, culturally and historically interesting. The majority of people still speak the Mayan language. It felt safe, friendly, hot, and humid.I was especially interested in birds and saw many I’d never seen before including the blue crowned mot mot. Here’s a picture (not taken by me).
